For domestic orders, all available items are generally shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items purchased may be on backorder and delayed. In this event we will inform you via email.
Domestic orders ship via UPS from Atlanta, Georgia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight and distance the package will travel. Expedited orders shipping 2nd day air and overnight that are received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

International orders ship via USPS. Processing time is 2 to 3 business days. This does not include U.S. observed holidays. For tracking information please visit usps.com with the tracking number provided to you via email upon shipment. If you have not received tracking information after 48 hours, contact email@example.com.
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Blabla is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Holiday Delivery Schedule
Deliveries and pickups are scheduled Monday through
Friday. No deliveries or pickups are
made on Saturdays and Sundays. For
orders processed before the weekend, 2nd Day Air packages ordered on
Thursdays will be delivered on the following Monday. Next Day Air packages ordered on Fridays will
be delivered the following Monday.
Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Goods may only be returned accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition, and in original packaging. All returns must be authorized by our staff prior to shipping.
To obtain a return authorization, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and product description. You will receive an email with approval and return number. Next, complete the return form on the back of your invoice and include with your return. Be sure to ship your item using a trackable method.
Once your return is processed, you will be refunded within 5 business days (less shipping costs) and receive an email confirmation.
If you feel you have received a defective item, please email email@example.com and include a photograph if possible.
